Check your RAF table also. If your Base Running Airflow table is not tuned then it can cause the car to die and surge at idle and low rpm's like coming to a stop.
Open loop my afr's are 14.4 at idle. Closed loop it demands -20 on the trims. Wierd.
I checked that. They both are correct and both read the same trims.
My 05 Vette with cam and heads goes from +20 to -20 within minutes just idling at 190 degrees????
