Shouldn't the High RPM Re-enable be set lower to 50-100 under Dynamic Airflow? Or do I have that backwards?

My experience is limited and never have i tuned anything with an automatic, but I would probably have a play with [ECM 12135] Idle Trans Drive Airflow to see if that helps.

I do not know if that would be best practice but i do know that hanging idle/cruise control feel can be fixed by adjusting the BRAF.
