There was actually a seperate TCM. I bought it today, but apparantly it was blank as well.
So, I managed to work around that... I'm going to reflash...
NM, they must have programmed it as the car drives fine... It's an 06 GTO w/integrated PCM and TCM (one unit)... But I'm still at a loss...

Thanks for the help. The reason for the lean is due to the added fuel from the alky injection. It runs a nice 12.3:1 WOT with my wideband. :) I'll try your fixes and see if that cures it.

Ok, will do. I did lock it on the dyno, because I couldnt get a decent pull otherwise. The darn thing just jumped right up to the RPM max. When locked, the pull looked very good though.

Problem solved: It was a combination of the MPH table needing to be 0's for upshifts, and the line pressure at the 1 -> 2 shift. I had to drop it from 80 to 55 psi to get it to shift. But it shifts...
