OP, the Melling 10355 is basically the same as the stock V's oil pump the 10355HV is the 20% increase in volume and pressure. ive been considering it when i do my cam swap coming up here in the next...
TriTex...whats up brotha, is your car running in constant open loop? For some reason it seems to be that your O2s may not switching. can you post up a log file? looking at your tune there is no...
i had that happen and had to go back to an older version to fix the error...it worked but still cant get 4.4 to work. i did update another machine with 4.4 but havent tried it due to being out of...
Brotha, im glad you chimed in. I was wondering what version you were on and was going to msg you about it. Does the version youre using have the FPCM cell able to be disabled? Thats really what im...
That didnt work. MPVI failed the firmware update half way through and then proceeded to have the error light on the unit itself. thank god i had not updated my original 3.2 software on my other...
Will do, I?ll probably get to it tomorrow or over the weekend. I have quite a few custom profiles that i want to save in my scanner and am worried that they will not be a direct import. Ill probably...
Thank you sir
Gents,
ive been running through this sub forum and am seeing a lot of people who seem to have had issues updating the firmware on their MPVI 1 with earlier releases of VCM suite rev 4. i just want...
don't set your fans to 100%. use these spreadsheets to set desired fan on/off vs temp. also a good read is this sticky on fan logic....
Its probably easier just to do it with the scanner controls while sitting in the staging lanes...in my opinion. You can change that in your tune but then they will always run when the temp is above...
That or swap out to a newer pcm, which i think is way more of a pain than doubling stoich and cutting flow rate.
Ahhhhh +1 for the AEM over canbus. :) don't have to worry about any offset.
Im a noob also and greg, carson, barum and a few others have been pivotal in my learning process and understanding. I think there is no better forum out there for getting reliable info and good...
The .012 should work alot better than .050. For now you might try and use those and see what it gets you. It would be a very minimal amount of difference in crank degrees (i would guess less the 5)...
You really need to get your advertised duration and then follow what Greg has posted here.

I don't have the integrator delay error on my Gen 4 so can say much about that table. but it is probably like the proportional error table which in my understanding is the error between commanded and...
added to my channels list...guess I had forgot to add it in. on vacation so when I get back ill remap all my custom maths over to MAT instead of IAT2 and see what that produces. thanks and good call,...
this is what I came up with and actually I think schpenxel came up with the same exact one and it worked good for his application. (pic attached)

that one is from my log which I use the same AEM as you so you could essentially plug it in and it work, but Josh is using a different sensor so...well as you know he needs to go into the channels...
50127 is showing up red because its not a valid sensor. open that custom math...click on 50127 and hit edit, go find your wideband in the parameters list and try it again. that eq ratio is the AEM...
I get this kind of KR on my Gen 3 04 Yukon all the time. so much so that its audible if I use 87...SOB has 166k miles and still running strong and for the record I have not touched the tune, this is...
There are alot of threads on this issue. Use search topic site:hptuners.com on google or search engine of choice and you should find a quite a bit. I cant tell you from experience but what i have...
Thats exactly what i was thinking. Had that issue late last year with a vortech blown foxbody...valves would start floating at around 5000 rpm and that was it. Put new springs in and viola probpem...
so for what ever reason and I don't know why, that wideband in lambda equation wasn't working for me. it was dropping everything by quite a bit (even to a completely stock LSA tune file VVE table) so...
