I also found catalyst heating where it changes timing, and I was having issues with knock and it smelling like my lawn mower. I put zeros in all the tables and It seemed to help a bit.

Removed cats looking to see if there is anything I missed to turn off
Turned all codes off no problems there
Disabled COT
Anything else maybe something in the spark or fuel to change
Thank you I ended up following this YouTube video https://youtu.be/1L006vkWbkQ with the blue cat tool. I originally had sluggish shifts I actually had it bark tires from 1st to 2nd.
I installed a cam and didn?t have the TCM tuned cam I use this tune as well
