Table 27 is Manual mode, Drive/Perf is spread out over the tables 1-26 and 28 through to around 36 or so from memory... you will have fun working...

1) Desired gear (Requested shift flags an up shift or downshift on Forscan prior to the shift event occurring)
2) Desired TCC slip
3) TCC amps (range of approx 0-0.75 amps current supply to TCC...

Only time I get it the x7F code is when the trans is accidently left in gear, or the oil is red hot.... 30 minute cool down its all good, ive even had the car running and put the hose on the steel...

Ive been away for a while from here, so if there is something cool like PID tracking for auto shift speed or somebody has mapped them out already then forgive me

The converter being a 4C is goingto be quite loose under power so WOT lock needs certain parameters to be met (slip) as the calibration from Ford is designed to protect the relatively weak lockup...

The Miami will make more power with rpm but typically they fall over above 7K anyway, the more boost you put in the earlier the exhaust cam shows its head.... 18psi Kenne Bell cars with stock exhaust...

There have been 3 cars out of the 25 or so converters sold so far that were 2B stall (so the loosest ones I import) that would not pull the lockup at the track. From what I understand you can work...

Further actually, I had the upshift set to 7500 but the converter was showing a couple hundred rpm slip so the engine has to suck it up as upshift is determined off OSS and any trans clutch slippage...

Agreed, factory stall would not need any adjustment here its really about the cars with aftermarket (elevated) stall speed that cannot catch that slip.

Yep, used the updated Beta software and confirmed in another car, logged 7718 engine rpm no issues, might need to pull the 8740 ARP rod bolts out and fit some 2000's ;)

Just the Forscan at this stage, its what proved to me its a decision making process the TCU is going through, in this log shiftmap 2 (manual mode TCC lockup table) was set to "0"s above 50% throttle...

Are your 1-2 OSS numbers all stock? Everything in tables 0-26 are all 1400 or below which is 5850 input shaft speed (not necessarily the same as engine rpm) so even allowing for the delay of decision...

Certainly, that's how I've done it since I bought HPT, Just back calculate OSS x gear ratio per column and set it up... Remember this is going to be trans input speed assuming no clutch slippage in...

Certainly possible on high power cars, I killed a few lockup a in that twin turbo, this is why I suggest not power running from too low rpm until we get full control of the TCC set points

Yep sorry bud I forgot to mention it was different turbo, and the quicker spooling 6466 is possibly part of the reason the car didn't go into lockup as well.

In most situations yes, although if the run starts at a low enough speed that the TCC is unlocked (referencing those 5 TCC situation tables) in an application making enough power to push engine rpm...

Typically they will dyno with the converter locked up but I have seen some graphs with the run started early enough to have the converter unlocked...
