Heaters have been tested, and are functional.
Could the cat's being further back possible be the problem? Maybe try moving the O2 switching points around in the open/closed loop tab.
What year is the engine? 2006 and beyond don't require a flex fuel sensor.
It's in closed loop the entire time. If you look at the table in the scanner (bottom right) you'll see that. The O2's swinging is when I forced -20 degrees timing. That's the only time I could get...

Why is my desired airflow at idle only 2.3g/sec?
I upped the RAF and VE for the idle area. Here's how it looks now..
I've checked for air leaks and checked the TB...nothing found. Does 2.8g/sec at 600rpm sound normal for desired g/sec for a stock 5.3 silverado transplant? Seems real low to me.
Latest log...I set PE 400,800 to 0% throttle, then to 1.00 (14.68) in those PE EQ ranges. I thought that fixed it. It idle great the first two or three stops, then back to the crazy ekg.

Been VE tuning, the car runs good and trims are good when the EVAP purge connector is unplugged. I plugged the EVAP back in after getting most trims to +/-3...but now the trim are +6 to -6/???

Ok...I'm going nuts! I've been dorking with my tune for a while(beginner). I got the SD only portion of the tune fairly ok, but idle surged and idle timing was like an EKG. So I OL tuned the idle....
