But the ABS module is the same in both cars.

changing ANN learning to max 119 exhaust away from the 125 exhaust deg in idle and it does not help...
even change rpm min and ve min in training values from ANN higher to get out of the training...
What I know is, that the 3 Bar is not working correctly with non HC PCM?s
And so we need both tunes....
Maybe you should start with a stock tune again...
Your MAF is way off at idle.
Fuel Trims are swinging.
Maybe your airflow table doesnt fit to the cam.
Maybe the phaser isnt right in place.
Your tune is needed...
To be in the right range act like this :
Raise every cut off or maximum the same value , maybe 500 rpm more. Dont zero the rpm limit torque reduction out - dont make sense, so leave it like it is....
Tuning isn’t easy, like watching a video.
The pcm - especially Dodge - has lots of pitfalls.

try to deactivate all Auto Trans Tq Mgt (w/o use spark A) and deactivate Upshift Torque Reduction to see how it feels.

The common problem is the missing powerband of the 5.7.
the purpose is to keep the 5.7 behind the 6.4.
If you want to get in better powerband at gear change, you have to replace the cam.

Try startup inj pw- startup base and set ms on hot a little higher for a test.
No matter what…it starts with dialing in injectors…..always.
Airflow doesn’t fit with performance cams…never, even idle speed….
If the basics fit you can easily do the rest.
The ANN is a big piece of xxxx.
Always tune injectors first to get the right fueling, otherwise you correct the wrong inj data with VE.
Next step, I will try to set ANN learning from 83 to max 119 exhaust and see wha will happens at idle and cold start.

The problem seems to be the ANN and VVT.
After installing a 6.4 shifter cam in the 5.7 auto on a Challenger, the cold start gets lean and the ltft shows -10 until the O2 kicks in.

U have O2 sensor engine diagnostic disabled.
with diagnostic on, the pcm would tell you problems about the sensors.
there is no signal, so if the sensor and wire works, the pcm will be bad.
