Here is my attempt to disable downstream sensors and disable CAT protection enrichment

i looked into file you shared, I'm not sure if cats are disabled there
i don't see downstream sensors disabled or cat protection disabled thats what i know from dodge...

you need to replace the WB sensor only ,I believe they are Bosch LSU 4.9 or LSU 4.2 depending which controller you have

I managed to find two tune files for JK with 6.4, one is for 2013 and other 2014
one of them have fan as PWM and other has 3 spd relay
