Any luck with this?
I have done this ecu/wiring swap before because the blue/green computer I was working with could only do a 2 bar OS and we need 3 bar OS. The first time car we did this to was a 2005 5.3l auto . I...
E67 12632176?
Please, have a car with the sensor wired and waiting.
Any luck with that yet? $50 cover the cost for you to go test drive a e67 ecu and find it for me? take Paypal? lol
I am also looking for the pin, and having a problem finding wiring for the e67 ecu with flex fuel sensor to wire a actual sensor in for e85 use.
Lots of slow in this thread, :).
Yeah, I have already done that and its fine. It made 1010 rwhp and 1035 ft lbs at 21 psi.
I have a TT C5 on the dyno that is making 850 ft lbs at about 4500 and goes into power reduced mode. Can you turn the code off, or is that not reccomended? I am assuming all the other changes outside...
Is there anything that can be done to the tune to help the demise of a 4l60e? I have a 2002 camaro ss that I turboed. The car is converted 3 bar speed density and as of now has a bone stock...
Do you have a Van fuel segment swapped tune in your car right now?
There are segment swapped tunes in this thread. EFI live allows you to be able to do it, Hptuner does not.
It can work, I got it to work. I do remember that I had to play with the numbers in the tune after all the segment swapping was done.
A 2000 Camaro ss is not referenced factory, the regulator is in the fuel tank. The fuel pressure at the rails with stock and 255l fuel pump will be 58 psi.
If his fuel system is stock is not manifold referenced. It is not 1:1 but usually a steady state of 58 psi.
I zeroed that table out late last night but did not get to make a pull with it like that. Thanks for the help.
This car has alot of false knock for whatever reason....and at this point we have plenty of octane just as long as the boost does not go out of control.
The problem is the timing is higher then...
Here is the next pull with the same tune, just the deleated MAF pid, it follows the 1.20 g/cyl row but the timing is different in the logs then in the tune.
I think that was a problem before and I forgot :(. Thanks
I updated my post above with the correct numbers, sorry for the confusion I did not read the post good enough. You have injectors that are rated at 96 lb per hour at a pressure of 43.5. In your tune...
I am messing with a 347 forged ls1 with lower compression. The engine has a truck computer, harness, and tune on it. The high and low octane tables are copied, the ect and iat spark tables are zeros...
If you have 96 lb injectors that are rated at 43.5 psi (standard) then I would raise the fuel pressure to match the 43.5 with no vaccum on the regulator. Then set the IFR table to 96 all the way...
Thats what I wanted to do but there is a 256kpa limit in the computer. I am looking to run over 15 psi.

People are mentioning this...
I have read that the GM pn 12580698 is a 2.5 bar sensor. I was told by another person that it is a 5 pin sensor with an integrated IAT. I called my local GM place and they told me its was 3 pin. To...
Does that map sensor have 3 or 5 pins? Are you using 256kpa for linear and 10.33 for offset? TIA
When I open the file for this c6 it has a OS upgrade option of 2 bar under operating systems. Bill from hptuner told me by email that the upgraded operating system is 2.5 bar. I have both 2 and 3 bar...
