i had bad misfiring not too long ago. you probably have already done this but id say pull the spark plugs and check the gap and condition of them.... thats what was my problem when it came to...

my histograms arent even set up :(

had the same problem. solution in my case was spark plugs. the gap was too big. i changed them and set the gap ran like a champ. could be your timing
