Hptuners will not change the vin, you'll need to use a j2534 tool or run the "pcm replaced" procedure in the WCM with the factory scan tool which requires the key pin from the dealer.

Probably already resolved but for those who are wondering, service information states to remove the glove box and it should be mounted to the passenger side of the center stack.
Did you ever get this figured out? I bricked my tcm in my 2006 Chrysler 300C 5.7 after flashing it with a 2007 srt8 300 cluster installed. I believe the tcm may look to other modules using their vin...
