when setting up my 3 bar tune do i have to turn off all the MAF codes and set the MAF fail frequency.

well i installed IE 6.0, the dot net frame work but cannot open up hpt, sometimes i get lucky and it opens up, i am not able to flash my pcm do to an license error

ya i think my problem is it has an old version of IE, just downloaded version 6 so hopefully that will fix it.
