You can try mine if you want:
    VCM Scanner.cfg
    VCM Suite.cfg
These are the VCM Scanner.cfg & VCM Suite.cfg files. If you replace yours with these you should have all my settings. In my PC these files are loaded by default to "C:\Users\your user name\Documents\HP Tuners\Settings" so I assume the same for you?

I think the math functions should simply work, but if not I added them here:
    Fuel Trim Avg Math.MathParameter.xml
    Boost Math.MathParameter.xml
    HP.MathParameter.xml
    Knock Retard Avg.MathParameter.xml
    MAP psig.MathParameter.xml

I wouldn't let me post all of them in one post so here's the individual items if you wanted to go that route. The Channels file is the all important left side of the screen with all the things you want to scan. The Layout is the overall layout, which is how big of a space and where each section takes on the screen. I also added my "Properties" files which are my color settings for each item.
    Channels.Channels.xml
    Charts.Charts.xml
    Gauges.Gauges.xml
    Graphs.Graphs.xml
    Layout.Layout.xml
    Properties.ChannelDisplay.xml
    Properties.ChartDisplay.xml
    Properties.GaugeDisplay.xml
    Properties.GraphDisplay.xml

Since out cars are more or less the same I assume all the channels will work for you. If not it'll be pretty easy to adjust it compared to starting from scratch
