    2006 Chrysler 300 Scat Pack 392 Swap Code P0614

Hello everyone. I recently finished my 2006 Chrysler 300 Scat Pack 392 swap that has a Nag1 transmission. It has a FTI 3800 stall and 3.91 getrag differential. The car runs, drives and is pretty quick. However I'm getting a P0614 code that indicates PCM/TCM is incompatible. The car breaks up upon hits....runs rough but drives relatively normal during normal driving besides vibration at lower rpms. To make this swap work, i am using a PCM from a 2009 5.7 RT car because it has VVT. My VIN is wrote into the new PCM. I wonder if the issue is with my TCM. I am using the oem EGS52 tcm. Any help via recommendations are highly appreciative. Thanks in advance!

A friend of mine who does 392 and hellcat swaps said that I need a 2009 TCM because my egs52 will be incompatible like it already is.
