Have you tried turning it off and back on again?
Yeah I reset laptop I also deleted hptuners and reinstalled it and nothing when I plug it up to my 2010 gmc it shows everythingOriginally Posted by blindsquirrel

All those tabs are grayed out I cant do anything when I unplug it all the pids are there but once I connect vehicle they all go away
Should I mention that it's a Chinese harness but I checked all wiring and they are good and they are all factory original sensors

It's a 2001 untuned lq4 truck norris cam with factory cpu with stock 4l80e
IF YOUR PIDS ARE SETUP FOR A LATER VEHICLE, ITS LIKELY LOOKING FOR THE WRONG PIDS. YOU MAY HAVE TO MANUALLY RESELCT THE PIDS AND TRY AGAIN. oNLY TIME IVE SEEN THIS IS WHEN INCORRECT PIDS WERE CHOSEN

If you click connect to vehicle at the top left and then click "vehicle" and everything is still greyed out, there has to be something wrong within the software.
2016 Silverado CCSB 5.3/6L80e, not as slow but still heavy.
If you don't post your tune and logs when you have questions you aren't helping yourself.
