hummer h2 cant read

hello, today try read hummer h2 2006 and cant. reading start and dashboard after some time it reboots and hp tuners get time out error. some times can read 40% , sometimes 20% . maybe someone knows what the secret is

new problem, i cant remove catalyst system with hptuners and cant remove catalyst dtc. I am in Kazahstan, maybe there is an opportunity to activate these maps for other countries
