I have a MPVI that I have ben using for years. I bought a new laptop and installed the current VCM suite from the HP website.
When I try to use my MPVI the editor and the scanner can not find the interface.
Is the MPVI not supported on the newest release? If not how can I find the most current VCM suite, that supports MPVI 1?
MPVI is supported in the newest releases, I would recommend contacting support directly in this case so that we can assist you 1 on 1 with your issues. If it was recognized in previous software it should still recognize it now.
It doesn't have to be perfect, it just needs to be done in two weeks...
