I have a afr500v2 I am trying to get setup in the scanner. Both the pre defined hptuners setup and my user defined setup using the math from the manual is making the scanner read 2-3% leaner than the wideband display. This happens in both standard and extreme modes and I am using the pro link on a mpvi2+. Has anyone else had this or know of a fix? Also I am using lambda.
Im still messing with this, i can change the math and get it reading perfect around stoich but in pe its still around 2% leaner on the scanner. Is anyone running this wideband that has successfully gotten it to work in the scanner?
I have finally gotten this figured out. After emailing Ballenger I learned that I have a voltage offset from something. Here are my final transform files, for me this got the reading within 1% or less.
