Audi A4 quattro Tune and logs feedback

    Hello all,

I have been working on this tune for a minute and would like some feedback. Here are some logs and the tune file, specific to med17.1. I will be upgrading the stock k03 to the GTX2687R gen 2 soon so wanna make sure the things I have worked on are solid, and that my understanding and approaches are good so far.

Current mods: aFe magnum flow air filter, CTS IC and charge piping, CTS HFC with banjo O2 spacer, GFB DV+, One degree cooler sparks, Red coil packs,

    Full 3rd and 4th pulls202201021_Stg1_Tune001_pulls_3rdand4th.hpl

More data with better Pulls to follow.

    Thanks

If you are going to ask people to look at logs at least take time to make a clean 3rd gear pull at wot from ~2k - 7k rpm and maybe a wot 1st-4th gear pull

why do you let off ~5600 rpm?? could add some timing and i would increase boost request. eq commanded a little rich also. Delete the channels you are not using they just slow down the rate at which data is acquired for the log.

First off good looks. I guess I let off bc I get nervous of causing any damage when testing it out, but if it is looking good I will go harder. I was thinking the same with the lambda, and I will look into those other points.

How far have you pushed your K03?

Thanks bb-tt, ill check out these parameters. I noticed you seem to be pulling more boost than requested steadily across why is that, I have that problem as well? Do you have a MED 17.1 on ECU?

You do not have overboost, I have it because it is the way my tune was set up to defeat med17.1 built in limit of 2.55 bar requested. If the ecu did not have the limit we would have set up desired to ~2.8 bar.

Ran into a misfire in cylinder 4 and have some hesitation under light acceleration, pre spark advance play. Will update logs when she is running right again. Let the trouble shooting begin.
