    Cam Swap (COMP CAM PHASE1) Jeep GC SRT

    All.. I'm feeling my way around this tuning thing, hoping not to do any serious damage. I have a COMP CAM Stage 1 CAM in my Jeep GC SRT.. Can i possibly get some help by looking at my CAM setting to be sure i have to correct setting for this CAM without being DYNO'd.. Thanks in advance... tune and CAM CARD attached. Any help or advice will be greatly appreciated. CAM comes with phase limiter.

    Did you use a Phase Lock ?

    SRT8 392 camshaft NON MDS
    215/221 @ .050".574"/.551"121 LSA,108 ICL
    MDS cam is the same except @50 Exhaust 215 on 4 lobes for MDS
    For craps and Giggles
    Hellcat cam is
    I - .561" lift duration @50 215
    E - .551" lift duration @.50 230
    Demon is
    I 561 Duration @.50 215
    E 551 Duration @.50 235

    your New cam is 218/[email protected] with a LSA of 114, very easy cam to tune,

    I really appreciate the info, I didn't know the MDS lobes had less exhaust duration! Is the non-MDS cam expected to generate more power?

    The Non-MDS cam will make a few more Hp, best I've found was 15hp/10FT.
