I am trying to connect an Innovate psb-1 to my mpvi2+ and it keeps putting a red circle over the pid in the scanner and not reading. Can anybody give me some pointers to troubleshoot?

Did you ever figure this out? I have mine connected and reading, but it isn't reading anything I can understand
