MPVI3 First Time Setup failing

Hi,

I received a new MPVI3 today and I cannot get it to complete first time setup in the TDN app. Every time it comes up with "Sync Failed! Unable to activate and synchronize the MPVI with server." I have a strong Wi-Fi signal in my garage, so no issues getting to the Internet. I have tried removing the MPVI3 from bluetooth device on my iPhone, but I get the same error every time. I have removed and reinstalled the TDN app but it still fails. It is connected to a 2021 Fort Explorer ST if that makes a difference. Any ideas on getting this to work so I can download the stock tune?

Update to iOS 16.1 and last tdn. Now is working with ios.

I have to keep re-syncing my adapter.
