    3800 Pcm swap question

I have a turbocharged 01 impala with the 3.8 and many mods ( I believe list of mods are in signature below). I have a extra pcm from an 00 grand prix gtp and was wondering if i could use it. My pcm that came with my turbo kit 15 years ago is from a supercharged 3.8, but the donor vehicle is unknown. I opened the extra pcm in hp tuners and noticed that the mine and the new one are different. I just want to make sure ill be ok before i go and spend my last 2 credits on this pcm.
