Trying to dial in MAF and I see this?? How do I fix?

I followed some YouTube vids on how to set up the MAF/AFR ERR graph. Going well and starting to understand, then what pops up on my screen versus what I'm seeing is way off.
My AFR Commanded is reading 23.xx, and my AFR eff graph is reading 50xx. ??? Can someone please help me understand what I could've done wrong, or need to change to make this read correctly? Thank you very much in advance.
