E38 Vats Delete, No fob available

Hi

Im trying to fire up a 2006 C6 with No Fob available so doing a Vats delete

Vats 1 & 2 Disable and Starter Disable in OS,Allso in System

Is here anything stopping the ECU from overwriting the BCM in starting the vehicle after doing so?

Alarm is still blinking on doors and start button is green but Fob not detected is on dash still

I had that problem recently with 4.10 on an 08 E38 in a swap car, reverted back to 4.8 and it successfully completed the vats delete
