Are you running sotf tunes?
Similar issues, the truck runs fine after writing the tunes. Shut the truck off, the next time I start it up it runs strange. High idle never kicks in, but if you bump the throttle at all it jumps to 1200 RPM and just stays there and never drops until you shift out of park. When you shift back in to park same thing (This happen if the engine is cold or at temp on a hot day). Exhaust break doesn't work and when you drive its very jumpy with the power dropping off/surging to life. It can barley make it up inclines and the turbo spool doesn't sound right. If I write the tunes again all these issues disappear on the first drive, but when I turn the truck off and start it again all the trouble is back. Thoughts/Advice???

If you want to send me the tune i can take a look at it.
Have similar issues . I found it helps mine when trans temp reaches 142+ then I turn off the truck and turn it back on.. then it’s fine till it cools down again. No boost with throttle because vanes wide open, at idle they close making boost before it’s restarted . Gdp said they “sent log and tune to their engineeers”

I also have the exact same issue with my recently deleted 2020. Has anyone proven anything that it?s tune related? The shop that I got it done at is fighting me that it has anything to do with the tune but it never acted like this before getting deleted.
Recently deleted being like 10 days ago and the problem with the idle was from the first start up after being deleted which has never gone away. The shop that did the delete changed out my thermostats which nothing and also changed both my 4 month old batteries to brand new ones which also did nothing. That’s what is leading my to a tuning issue but they figure different.
I may or may not be experiencing a similar issue. My 17 Chevy 2500 has recently started to stutter or stumble when I give it throttle. It was fine for almost a year after tuning but had a service on the truck and now I have the stutter issue but no one seems to know why. I have a trans tune as well. Buying a new TCM tomorrow and having it programmed stock to see if that helps but I do not have much faith that it will work.
Any ideas?
I am not very technical so any help is appreciated.
The service was oil, fuel filter and thermostat replacement. I have changed the fuel filter 4 times to confirm it was not that. 1 shop did 2 I did 1 and another guy did the 4th.
