2018 Charger Twin Turbo Idle Oscillation

Battling very bad idle oscillation in a twin turbo Charger and unsure how to combat it. Could use some advice. It has a 426 stroker, stock throttle body and intake manifold, twin turbo with fore fuel system on e85. I'm attempting to help out a buddy so I don't know much more than that. I ran some logs and posted the tune as read.

Maybe too much throttle action at zero volts. Try a smaller startup adder at zero volts. Yours is currently .9 or something I would make take small steps maybe .05 every time until it settles down... if that works.

you cant have all idle parameters the same and also your minimum timing higher than PT
