    Oem files E85 sierra 5.3 (.hpt) 2016

    Hi guys,

    I need a factory oem files from sierra 5.3 flex 2016 to put on mine 5.3 gas

    It may show that the flex is enabled with the virtual sensor but the stoich table is 14.1 across the board, so it never actually uses the flex fuel feature.
    2016 Silverado CCSB 5.3/6L80e, not as slow but still heavy.

    Good luck finding one with the actual sensor.

    All you have to do is look for the 2014 Silverado file and copy over the flex fuel tables, those came from the factory with a sensor in the fuel line. There are plenty of files in the tune repository on your customer page.

    Is it similar to e38 where you have to install a physical and run the wire to the controller, and then activate in the tune?

    Even easier than the E38. The K2XX trucks have the harness already down on the crossmember. I made an extension harness because I plumbed the sensor on top of the fuel tank. Enable it in the tune and away you go.
