    MAFless LSJ tune

Has anyone tried a MAFless SD tune on the LSJ yet?
    Is it possible?

I've been running in SD since I got HPtuners mostly lol. yes it's possible. And the only thing that I have seen NOT work is disabling Dfco, I still lean out a bit when letting off throttle. Just set maf fail hz to 0. Good luck

Set MAF fail to 0, then disable the P0068 code (it causes limp mode when the MAF fail is reached)

The only drivability thing is, it will kill cruise control for good.

^ this I find is wrong I run SD and still have cruise control, I know I'm in SD since 0101 2 and 3 are on at first error. I know cruise control shouldn't work since it supposed to use the Maf table but some reason my cruise control works while in SD

Minimum PW is probably a little low there or the offset table is too low there. Just log Manifold Vacuum and Battery Voltage and create a histogram like your Offset table and log away....

You can create a PID (custom). Just take 100 - MAP to get Vac. It's close enough for government work... LOL

    I would make 2 histograms:
1 with AFR Error/STFT/LTFT (a fuel trim term)
1 with Injector PW (3 decimals)
Then compare the two and watch your PW as well. If you get below 1.14 msec the Mototrons can/will misfire as there's not enough time to open & close the injector. Then just drag down the Offset values (min PW & Default PW as well.) until you get the fueling "back to normal"

I usually have a VE histogram with the same fuel trim info in it as a reference as well.
