A guy told me today that if he has a PCM that has been unlocked with HPTuners that it would cost me credits to access it with my device. I told him that I didn't think that was the case. I believe that I still have to licence it to my account. Am I correct?
You can view is file but if you wish to change anything on it and write it with your device, it will cost you credits.
Just pulling the file and all that is free.
