Sensor Calibration settings E78 ecm NA-MAP-TIAP

I've added a turbo to my engine and am having trouble with the throttle not going past 50%. I changed my sensor config from NA-MAP-TIAP to NA-MAP. it sets baro DTC high voltage and defaults baro to 14.4. My pred. torque is higher than calculated torque. But the throttle wont open past 50%. Ill attach a log, the best example of this can be seen at timestamp 4:17:29. Accel pedal is at 99% but TPS wont open past 50%. Is this supposed to be like this? I think something is limiting cyl. airmass but not sure what. Appreciate any help fellas

Depending on how the original calibration is set up, it may not allow the manifold pressure to exceed what the BARO sensor is reading, because, why would it? It's a naturally aspirated engine.
