Manifold volume and airflow changes based on TB size

Im trying to find where you can locate the volume for different intake manifolds, L86, LT2 etc. Do you have to look at the stock file to find this? along with different TB sizes? Just curious if you put the stock value in or adjust from whatever value is in tune from stock? I know the runners are way different on the LT2 compared to the truck L86 and so on. Just trying to learn more everyday....while Im working on the stock GM quality concerns lol

This has been my personal experience!
Unlike the gen 4's the throttle area doesn't seem to do much on the gen 5's. I am able to get perfect drivability just getting the fueling and virtual torque dialed in.

I've had more success leaving the throttle scalar at stock values a majority of the time. I think it has some functions but not at all what we would hope it does. Intake manifold volume, from my experience, does affect transient fueling. I do change this on some setups.

If you're bone stock, you could work on Drive-ability things such as Driver Demand and adjust some timing and fueling for more power and a little more pep. You could even pull out some of the lower RPM part throttle cam movement to pick up torque(at the cost of fuel mileage). Interesting comment on GM quality concerns.

My L83 has been modified. Has a cam, headers, exhaust, L86 intake etc. I had a well known person on here fix the horrendous tune that was put on it after I built the engine. Runs great, just trying to learn the Gen 5 ins and outs. The Gen 3 and 4 seemed much easier to me to figure out. Its good to know that the volume itself isnt quite as important on the gen V. Hoping to learn as much as possible before I put the Whipple on mine in the spring lol.
