supercharger and manual swap idle issue

hi
supercharged ,cammed and manual swapped crown vic
the car had only one issue
the car always stall when engaging clutch and needs to press pedal for couple seconds after start up to idle
i have tired miss around with idle tables with no sucses
mods:
superchrger 6-7lb boost
60/60mm shelby throttle body
tr3650 transmisson
