Credit Purchased... Can't get them... Help

I purchased credits thru the tuning school online for my mpvi2
I've done this before...
I've resynched several time, but my info button shows 0 credits still.
emails from tuning school and paypal showing purchased complete almost an hour ago.
I've got a customers truck here that has to be done...
What do I do ??????

SO, I went in and bought 2 more credits thru HPT directly..
Then waited a bit... And resynched..
Just on this resynch, it now shows 4 credits avail to use... SO the tuning school didnt' synch to HPT until I bought MORE credits.

So I connected to truck: 2013 gmc 5.3
and told it I just wanted to license the specific PCM for 2 credits.....

Well F&*K... it won't write the vehicle and wants to license it again for 2 more credits.... but now 2 of my new 4 are Gone

WTF do I do /??????????????????????

Problem solved... I bought more credits from HPT.... then waited about 15 minutes (the usual)
and ALL my credits showed up at once on my resynch

I am going thru the same process at the moment. I bought two credits this morning around 0830 and have been resyncing my MPVI2 since then and they haven't come thru. I purchased thru the tuning school. I figure maybe there is something going on with the server or something along those lines this morning.
