P59 Spark-->Dwell settings for D585 coils to avoid autofire

I have read a lot of posts online talking about how the heatsinked round LS truck coils, auto fire at anything over 3.5 ms of dwell. I hear it happens at higher boost but I am wondering if I can prevent that with the settings in my tables.

Should I set the 'Minimum Dwell Time Mult vs RPM' table from 1.3 to 1.0, then set the 12650 Base Dwell Time to 3.5 ms in the ranges my engine will see?

Is that all I need to do or is this more of a mechanical side-effect of those coils that a tune can't prevent?

I made my multiplier 1.0 and made sure the dwell was less than 4.5ms. Not that it's the right way.

The truck settings have the same dwell settings but their multiplier is something like .789 which brings the dwell down to 3.5ms or so.

I'll make sure my multiplier and base dwell stay around 3.5 or less ms. The final value seemed to go up at higher revs on quick inspection, I'll adjust accordingly. Thank you
