Hey guys, is there anyone that may be able to help with a Delco E38 Vats off, the HPT Vats patches dont work. Can send unencrypted read of flash and eeprom, flash file is too large to post to forum.

Most likely you didn't do the Starter Diag
System>General>Starter Relay>Starter Diag> set to "Disable"
Find an online download for 4.8.7 version, and use it. It will work
