I just can't see it.
I can't get my ve- tuning to richen up at top-in. Staying 15% lean. Took ve table up 15-20%. Increased PE EQ- Ratio up 10% and still not moving????
I've provided 1 tune and my last 2 scans with a list of mods.

That computer only uses the secondary VE table while tuning speed density. So you have to make changes to the secondary VE table and then copy those changes over into the primary VE table row by row when you are done. Interpolate and smooth the primary VE tables once completed as well to make it smooth.
If even after that you still have to add that much fuel, then you also have other problems. Like incorrect injector data and lower than required fuel pressure. It must have correct data and pressure can not drop past 55psi under heavy load.
2016 Silverado CCSB 5.3/6L80e, not as slow but still heavy.
If you don't post your tune and logs when you have questions you aren't helping yourself.

I've watched so many vids on this and no one has mentioned that.
I was able to get one run before I lost my lighting. I think I just seen things move?
I'm sure there is SO mush more to this.
Anything else for this novice beginner to move based this so I can get to timing/retard/knock.
