2013 Procharged Coyote stuck in open loop

A guy brought me a 13 procharged mustang with the base tune from procharger. I cant log the fuel trims they just say open loop. I don't have the stock tune to compare it to. I have a stock tune but everything looks ok even though its not the same car. No codes, it does have long tubes but it doesnt have the extenders on ( I've read those have issues). Any insight on this would be appreciated, I'll post the file and datalog from a dyno pull
