What fuel are you running, and how cold is ambient for cold start? Big difference between an Alaska, Nebraska, and Texas cold start this time of year.

One thing that made a huge difference for mine was adjusting Fuel/Open Loop- Base/IVT Gains Gas. I can't recall who's advice I took on here, but I took the 75.2* column and multiplied it by 1.02. Then the next colder column by 1.04, next colder by 1.06, and so on until I was at 1.18 at -40*.

I did this at the same time as some virtual torque adjustments, but feel this made the biggest difference with starting as well as continuing to idle.
