filters for tuning on street general question

Hello,

Been reading, trying to tune my GenIV E38, noting how important steady state data is.

Can you log data, and apply a filter after? or do you have to have the filters set up while recording with the scanner?

Filters can be done after log is made.

Remember that the expression added for the filter is for the data you want to keep/use. It is not for the data that you want to "filter out".
