    Throttle Blade Percent/ RPM

    Hello,

Do you all ever use the throttle opening at lower to mid RPM's to aid in accelerating? I'm talking 2016 ZO6 Auto with flex fuel., regular tires. It's set 100% now. I see the factory did use it for low end torque control. This thing scares me unless I go full throttle immediate so traction control does it. I'm talking 50%- 75% up to 4,000rpm, then 100% to 6,500rpm. Thanks, I know it's basically stock, it's hard for me to hookup. The alignment is supposed to be good.

You can get 100% if you turn off all the nannies. TCM is sensing that for your current vehicle speed, tire temp and weather that you will just spin so Computer will either close throttle blade or cut timing.

I think the OP wants the opposite and to use the throttle angle table as a sort of launch control. I think its a bad idea. Needs better tires or learn how to feather the throttle. Just my opinion.

No, not a launch control. Just to help bring the power in to full throttle. To help keep the tires from chirping and traction control from flickering in.

You could change the Traction Control Torque to make it less intrusive. But the best way is to put the car into PTM Track mode.
