    2008 6.7 cummims

    What all is needed to tune my 2008 cummins 6.7?
    I already have hp tuners software on laptop, and a drewlinq diesellink adapter.
    Will I need the dongle? Etc

    You will an MPVI in order to read the ECM to get a file to work with and write an HP Tuners file to the truck. If the ECM is tuned already, say with EFILive switch on the fly tuning or something, don?t attempt to read it, that is bad news bears to do.

    It has not be tuned, ecm went out a month ago and replaced and reflashed with factory files.
