    2017 Camaro SS LT1 tuning

I have very light experience with gen 4 ls tuning but my buddy recently got a 2017 Camaro SS that has full exhaust with headers, and a rotofab cai. The car has some sort of tuning bc it is catless and doesn?t have a cel. What small changes can i make to the tune? i did ghost cam on my gen4 and idle spark advance to make it sound like gunshots on decel above 2000 rpm or so. thanks in advance.

The Gen5 LT engines are not a good choice for newbies to learn on. Watch some of Greg Banish’s videos to get the lowdown or hire one of the guys that know what they’re doing off this board IMO.

lol ghost cam. Both can be done with the Gen V if you know what you are doing. I certainly won't ever help anyone with a Ghost cam mod though. IMO its really dumb.

He plans on getting the car cammed between spring-summer of 2023 and just wants to see how it will sound in the mean time. Thanks.
