2017 Mustang GT with auto trans, Can HP tuners reflash it to run a manual trans?

Hey guys. I have a customer with a 2017 Mustang GT auto parts car. He is wanting to put the engine in a 1965 Fastback but mated to a 6spd manual trans. Can the programming for the manual conversion be done through the HP Tuners software or is there a seperate TCM he would need to get? Would it need an OS change to manual transmission?

Theoretically yes with a switch under Trans automatic to disable. Never tried tho, might need to swap OS to MT at the end of the day.
