    HP tuners use after SCT

I currently have an HP tuners tune with transbrake patch on my 2019 twin turbo 5.0 mustang. IF I get an SCT based remote tune will there be a problem to go back to HP tuners later if I want to. I would expect the SCT device to store my current HP tuners tune as "stock". I have had some odd issues tuning with HP tuners after an SCT device has been used, but I think it was only on the dodge stuff. Any problems with the gen3 coyote going back and forth between SCT and HP tuners?

I have 2012 Gen 1 and used SCT tuner up to this year. I bought the HP Tuner and was able to download all SCT tuner files to see what was different between the different SCT(several P93, R93, E85 and Boss 320 Intake) and stock file. I am slowly reviewing and learning to use HP software. I never had an issue with downloading/uploading either SCT or HP files. Hope this help.

SCT will save what in the os as stock file and you can back to it by selecting Return to stock.
