okay ive done the Hp tuners read on a 22 570xmr with ITC throttle and a 22 650XMR with ITC Throttle. both bikes read the same file. same OS. compare files 100% same. unsure what file to trust as a OEM compare when comparing 570 to 650 to see limiters all knowing that the 570 is a 100% the detuned 650.

You aren't "reading" the stock file, rather downloading the OEM file from HPT. Maybe they have the wrong file to download?

    Correct I fully understand that.
I even used some other OS from BRP ori reads and downloaded couple other stock files from hp tuners tunertools and found some changes. but HP tuners should be able to ID the correct bike when Im connect to it via there MPVI2 tools and press READ and it generates a stock calibration.

Yes, they should be able to.
If nothing is different, then either they have the wrong file posted, or HPT can't adjust the setting that is different.
The 570 XMR is actually a 650cc, with only 45% or so throttle opening. Open throttle 100%, and you are a 650cc machine.

yea its not limited by throttle % at all in this file. my only concern was if i ever wanted to flash back stock HP tuners would just flash a 650 stock calibration instead of the ORI 570.

lucky for the 570 guys ID read save and flash and bam ya got a 650 now haha

Is it actually limited, when logging?
