    Exclamation Resync failure/trust issue

    Im trying to resync interface on my mpvi3 but I keep getting a resync failure/trust issue.

    It was because I was using a network that is monitored.

    Set your phone up as a hotspot then connect mpvi3 computer to the phone hotspot. That will bypass the monitored network. (There will be a monitored network rule to prohibit going to an unauthorized IP address causing the failure) This works if your phone is hotspot capable.

    Did the unit have a red light on the host? My 2 is having same issue and has steady red light on and I can't submit a ticket because the link opens up an error page on every way I try to open it. Was in the middle of loading a file into a customer's car and all sudden lost communication and will not resync with a failure connect customer support error message.
