Truck starting issues after flash

Hello all.
I got a 2016 ram ecodiesel that had gotten flashed by the dealer recently after some service. Upon recieving it, i drove it home in limp mode and then proceeded to flash using previous settings. The truck starts, but a second later the vehicle shuts off. The check engine light reads:

0x7E9: U0100 - lost connection with ECM/PCM A (permanent).

Anyone have a solution for this?

I received this response:

The OS reporting in the vehicle OS: 68303617AC does not match what is reporting in the tune file you provided. If the vehicle runs with the stock programming, but not the tune file it is very possible there is information in the tune file that is not compatible with the update done to the vehicle. If other modules in the vehicle were updated, it may not recognize the old OS.

You would need to work with your tuner to resolve this issue.

I'm not familiar with the tuning subject. Know of anyone skilled enough?
