    Kenne Bell 426 cutting out

2010 Challenger SRT. 426 with a Kenne Bell 3.6lc. Once boost gets over 16 psi and aircharge goes over 2.00, it cuts fuel. With a larger pulley it pulls just fine at 12 psi peak. Not sure what I'm missing? Logs and tune attached.

That damn 2-bar 200kpa limit on older mopars. go over that and engines goes nuts.

Any suggestions that don't require buying a tune from someone?

Searched around the forum some more. Looks like the ecu has a hard limit of 200kpa. I'll try dropping the max kpa setting to 195. Maybe this requires some kind of signal conditioner on the map output?

Where are you adjusting the Kpa values?

those Mr Norm Cars are a fun Ride, had 2010 come through shop a few years ago, some tuner Near Boco Raton FLA screwed it up, we had to rebuild it went pankl rods rods Winberg crank, J&E pistons , my kid retuned it did the MAP clamp trick and it's pushing 22lbs on it's track runs.. they keep around 10-12 for "street driving...... Right now I have a 2013 GSSR car here needs a trans.

a map clamp is one of the "tricks" to get those over 14LBS

The clamp hides boost from the PCM, which in turn keeps timing high. It also leans the fuel curve out, so VE tables need a lot of work.

The map clamp will only allow a certain voltage pass through to the pcm, the higher the voltage the PCM sees, the lower the timing and more fuel you get.

Do google search , there's a few different ways to do it.

you know the other day a customer asked what's the difference between GM and Mopar, I told him GM is mostly a community approach to tuning , while Mopar seems to be mostly about the money.

Good search, you answered your question. Map clamp or 195 max is the hack to get around the problem. Unfortunately you will have to tune for any pressure above the 200 kpa

Personally, I'd have N2Speed fix it the right way so the PCM can read boost above 195 kPa. Unless you're just barely over that mark. Then you can get away with clamping or setting max kPa to 195.
